You must remember how we reported earlier that Hrithik Roshan will be pairing up with Deepika Padukone for the first time onscreen. The two will be seen in lead roles in the remake of Satte Pe Satta, the production details of which are yet to be finalized. However, Padukone is not the only Bollywood starlet who will be seen romancing Roshan on screen pretty soon. Apparently, Sara Ali Khan has also signed up for a role alongside the handsome hunk in Aanand L. Rai’s next venture!
This is the first time Khan will be seen alongside an older hero, as she has usually worked with the youngsters of B-town so far. And interestingly, Dhanush has also joined the cast, which heightens the expectations for the project and piques our interest. Dhanush recently confirmed his involvement in Rai;’s upcoming project but the actor was pretty tightlipped about what the title of the film would be or any details about the plot.
Some of you may not be familiar with Rai’s work but he has given the industry some stellar hits in the form of Tanu Weds Manu, Ranjhanaa, and a bunch of other films. So that definitely confirms that the film is going to be an exciting one for sure! As per recent reports, Roshan hasn’t yet signed the film, hence the announcement is yet to made officially.
“Hrithik Roshan has been approached for the film. Hrithik has been flooded with offers in the last few months. He has been considered for the film but he is yet to sign on the dotted line, we are waiting for the official announcement this amazing news.”
The involvement of Khan was also confirmed through reports, along with the anecdote of how she came to land the role.
“Sara will play the main protagonist in the film. A month ago, Sara had been spotted at Rai’s Andheri office. They were discussing two films and Sara who has been a fan of Rai’s films loved this project. It’s not known if Sara will be romancing both Dhanush and Hrithik in the movie. But it definitely is an interesting cast for sure.”
